1. The service

ExportYourSite creates a static copy of publicly accessible website files and provides a temporary preview and download. The output is a best-effort browser-facing mirror, not an editable project, database backup, or guarantee that every original feature will operate independently.

2. Your authority

You may submit only websites you own or have permission to copy. You must not use the service to infringe intellectual property, bypass access controls, collect private information, disrupt third-party systems, or violate applicable law.

3. Export limits

Exports are subject to technical limits, including page count, file size, run time, and supported platforms. We may block unsafe destinations, abusive traffic, automated misuse, or requests that threaten the service.

4. Preview and payment

You are responsible for inspecting the preview before purchase. Payment unlocks the available archive for download; it does not promise that hosted forms, content systems, ecommerce, accounts, or third-party services have been reproduced.

5. Availability and retention

Paid downloads remain available for 90 days. Recovery email is a convenience and not the primary delivery method. You should download and keep a copy of the archive. We may remove unpaid, expired, abusive, or unlawful exports sooner.

6. Refunds

If anything looks wrong or not as expected, you have trouble with the ZIP, or you would like a refund, email us from the address used at checkout. We will help fix the problem or refund your purchase. A difference between a static mirror and an original editable builder project is not by itself a service failure.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost source projects, migration downtime, lost revenue, third-party platform changes, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
